|  About Us Myself (Chris) and business partner David have been restaurant managers in New Jersey and New York for quite a few years, and have always wanted to do something like this to enjoy life. We aspire to open a restaurant here someday, and desire to be contributors to the community that encompasses all the beauty, recreation, and quality of life that the Oneonta - Cooperstown area has to offer.
In May of 2007 we began functioning as a year round business. Although we are a business, we do not consider you a customer in our house, but rather a “Guest in our home.”
