|  Our Policy Cancellation policy May 1st to Oct31st, only.
To confirm your reservation, an advanced deposit of your lodging is required soon after agreement. We require 50 percent via check, or a credit card number. We will gladly refund a deposit on four nights or less if cancellation notice is received at least 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival, less a $20.00 service fee per room per night. Deposits for stays of five nights or more are not refundable- if canceled less than two weeks prior to arrival. Unless the owner re-rents the rooms then only the 20.00 service fee per room per night applies. A 50 percent fee will be charged in the event of a shorter stay with less than 2 weeks notice.
This is handled on a case by case basis; we will do what we can to work with you.
